These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes may be posted on the Site or communicated by other reasonable means.
